If you are looking for an extraordinary cultural exchange experience in the United States, AWE will help you put all the pieces in place to make your dream a reality. And you may have time at the end of your work placement to travel and see the U.S.

In order to participate on an AWE Camp Counselor Program, you must

  • be available to work at camp U.S. for approximately 9 weeks or according to the camp dates
  • provide a satisfactory Medical Report
  • agree to obtaining a police report at your own expense.
  • have an excellent level of skill in a high demand activity
  • have recent, previous relevant experience of working with groups of youngsters in a similar setting.
  • be a good communicator.
  • have a flexible, resourceful and adaptable nature.
  • have an ability to lead, motivate and inspire youngsters and co-workers.

We want all our participants to have the best possible experience and we strive to provide that experience from start to finish.
